At Kids First Swim School, our advanced strokes program focuses on building endurance and fine-tuning skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Designed for swimmers looking to enhance their abilities and prepare for competition, our experienced coaches provide personalized instruction to help participants reach their full potential.

This class is designed to encourage consistent practice and technique all through the year.

Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly all presented in a unique way that allows our students to push themselves to new distances and embrace endurance.

*This class does require pre-requisite knowledge and often requires graduation out of our lower level classes.
